1. Search the intermediaries of energy in our organisation

2.  Determine the proportion of the positive and negative intermediaries

3.  Determine the intensity of the positive and negative intermediaries

4.  Determine the general mapping

5.  Establish a new mapping for:

- Readjust the proportion of positive and negative intermediaries

- diminish the intensity of the negative intermediaries (see transforming them into    positive)

- augment the intensity of the positive intermediaries
