Bio feedback card measures the skin temperature and is thus an indicator of stress.

Indeed, under stress, the body produces adrenaline, which causes vasoconstriction of small peripheral vessels with a consequent decrease in skin temperature levels in the extremities. More blood feeds our extremities, the more they are hot, sign of our release and our relaxation.

Limits: the measurement must be done in “normal” conditions of temperature and in the absence of pathological situations (eg. Fever). This measure will not be significant if you take a sauna or a walk in the snow!

For information, the Bio feedback is a technique by which a person comes to realize the methods of operation of one or more areas of his body that records the operating mode (eg muscle strength, the blood pressure, heart rate, skin temperature, etc …).
